Andrew Skurka has begun his latest long-distance trek, an 6,875-mile journey he’s calling the Great Western Loop.
He’ll combine major portions of the Pacific Crest Trail, Pacific Northwest Trail, Continental Divide Trail, Grand Enchantment Trail and Arizona Trail, with some bushwacking to make one big loop.
That’s not long. That’s crazy long.
And oh yeah, he plans to hike it in 200 days.
