I learned last night on the news that the neighborhood where my place of employment is located has a health risk score 28 times worse than the nationwide average. That puts it among the worst 5 percent in the nation for health risks associated with industrial air polution.
Isn’t that happy news.
I then checked the neighborhood where I live. Fortunately, it wasn’t nearly as bad, but it was still above the national average.
I need to go hiking.
